Body material for the popular Golden Retriever streamer fly.  Wind like wet-fly hackle (folding fibers back with each wrap) for bodies with a translucent halo of color.  Use for egg patterns, buggers, nymphs, salmon/ steelhead, or saltwater flies.

Medium Estaz is about 15 mm long.
