Beads for flytying are the perfect pairing of form and function

In order to give extra weight to subsurface flies, as well as offer additional attractability, beads for flytying are the perfect pairing of form and function.  BEADS and CONEHEADS come in a large assortment of sizes and colors and for different uses. 

Beads and coneheads come in two different types of metal:

  • Brass
  • Tungsten. (heavier)

Bead and Eye Option Examples:

  • For nymph jig hooks use Slotted beads..
  • Specialty beads in different shapes are available.
  • Glass beads (don't offer any added weight, but the assortment of colors and sizes offer a touch of flash and translucence to nymphs).
  • For a realistic look on streamers, we have eyes that can be stuck on to the head of the fly.
  • If you want an eye like some of the classic streamers had, we also carry imitation Jungle Cock feathers .
