2026 Winter Tying Lessons / Open Tie Dates

These classes are for people who have some tying experience. Beginners or novices should click here for lesson information.
Guest tiers will be sharing their expertise with you this winter. We meet at the shop. Bring your vise and tools, and some threads. We'll have the rest of the materials. Registering in advance is preferable to help the instructor prepare, but if you want to join at the last minute, please do! (Coffee is provided, but feel free to bring other drinks.) Classes limited to 8 people.
We do have some tools/threads to borrow if necessary, just let us know in advance, please.
On weeks without a guest instructor, come from 1 - 4 PM for a free "open tie" to gather with fellow anglers, share stories and tying ideas, and get your fly box ready for spring.
