Black Ghost Tandem- This is tandem version of one the most famous Maine Streamer Flies, the Black Ghost. Created by the internationally renowned Herbie L. Welch, one of the greatest of all time taxidermist of trout and a Maine Guide of Mooselookmeguntic in Oquossoc, who fished and guided the Kennebago River and Upper Dam. Welch has been credited with creating the very first streamer fly in 1901, with the Black Ghost having said to be created by Welch back in 1927.
