Redington Rise Fly Reel

The Redington Rise fly reel pairs a lightweight design with a compact carbon fiber drag system. Its U-shaped large arbor gives the reel a modern look. In addition, soft-touch handles and a large drag knob put useful controls within reach.

Redington Rise fly reel drag control

The compact carbon fiber drag is a key part of the Rise design. The listed drag specification is over 20 pounds of fish-stopping torque. Meanwhile, the oversized knob gives you a large surface to grip when you need to change the drag.

For example, picture a fish pulling line as you stand beside a cool river. You reach for the knob and adjust the setting. Then, you return your focus to the fish and the line moving through the current.

Large-arbor design with a light feel

The Rise features a U-shaped large arbor. Its lightweight build also gives it a distinct, modern style. As a result, it offers an option for anglers who want to move beyond a traditional reel design.

When choosing a reel, think about the rod and line you plan to use. Next, check the details of your selected option. Consider how the full setup will feel in your hand throughout a day of fishing.

Soft-touch handles and simple controls

Twin molded soft-touch handles add a tactile detail to the reel. In addition, the oversized drag knob complements the handle design. These features focus on how the reel feels in use, not just how it looks.

Whether you are preparing for a short outing or a full day, useful controls matter. The Rise combines those details with a compact drag package and a light overall design.
