A local favorite in a high floating Wulff pattern, a good, highly visible attractor, and great for brook trout. A wulff variation on the popular Parmachenee Belle streamer pattern that was created in the late 1800's by Henry Wells of Providence, Rhode Island. It was named for in honor of both the Parmachenee Lake in northwestern Maine near the Canadian border, as well as the Parmachenee Club in good ol' Rangeley, Maine.
