Return Policy
At the RRSS we will do our best to help and advise you on making purchases that meet your expectations. Returns guidelines:
Returns of regularly stocked merchandise can be made within 30 days of the day of sale for full refund, exchange, or credit.
All items returned must be in original and unused condition with all original packaging and tags still intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  RRSS charges shipping on exchanges.
All sale, clearance, or special orders cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
A copy of your receipt or invoice should be included with the return along with the reason for the return.
If the returned product does not meet the guideline above, it will be shipped back at the purchaser’s expense.
