Water temperature can help anglers understand changing conditions. For this reason, the Riverkeeper makes it easy to check the temperature before and during a day on the water.

The aluminum probe provides durable performance. At the same time, the compact body weighs only 0.8 ounces. This adds very little weight to your fishing gear.

The thermometer measures temperatures from -30°F to 130°F (-34°C to 54°C). Furthermore, it provides a temperature tolerance of ±2°F (±1°C).

Easy to Carry and Use

The carabiner-style clip attaches to webbing up to 1 inch wide. Therefore, you can keep the thermometer on your fishing pack or other compatible gear.

To take a reading, turn the thermometer on and place the probe in the water. Then, wait for the temperature to stabilize before checking the display.

Additionally, you can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. To do this, quickly press the button three times.

Thermometer Instructions

• First, hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the thermometer on or off.
• Next, note that the thermometer automatically turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
• To switch scales, quickly press the button three times to switch between °F and °C.
• Then, submerge the probe in water and wait for the temperature to stabilize.
• If HHH appears, the temperature is above 130°F.
• If LLL appears, the temperature is below -30°F.

Finally, keep the thermometer and battery out of reach of children. Swallowing the battery can cause serious injury or death. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
