Rangeley Region Fishing Report - Sept. 23, 2021

Conditions are looking good for fishing in our area. Water temps have stayed stable at  60 degrees or less in most places. The Magalloway and Rapid are the warmest but still in good shape. Water is still low but if we get the rain they are forecasting it should make for a great end to our season. New fish moving into the rivers will be active for a few days and then harder to catch so get out there when you can.  Like I tell people at the shop when they ask what's working, be ready to try anything and change often. Have a good time and enjoy the fall colors.
