The ice is out on all major lakes in the area with Rangeley going out yesterday on the 26th. Lake levels are good and filling up quickly. Rivers are running with good levels and the area dams are flowing between 400 and 1400 cfs. Fisherman are finding success on the Magalloway on nymphs and streamers. The road in to the Rapid is in good shape but stay in the middle as the edges are soft. This year's ice out is 7 or 8 days earlier than normal so if the weather is warm we could see early bug hatches. There will be a steady improvement in the fishing for the next couple of weeks and I will let everyone know the changes.
