This month's fly is the Guide's Choice nymph. This pattern was designed by the Greater Yellowstone fly shop in Montana. It is a flashy Hare's Ear with a soft hackle color that makes a great top fly in a double nymph rig. This fly is a good example of what fly tying can be - modifying and customizing to come up with new fish catchers.
