Little Green Machine

  This month's fly is the Little Green Machine created by Vince Wilcox of upstate New York. I have not used this pattern yet but it has a great reputation as a real fish catcher. We tied it during our Saturday tying group this winter. I will be stocking it in the store this season  in a couple of colors.

Hook - nymph hook size 12-20
Thread - color to match body
Tail - pheasant tail fibers
Body - micro tubing in chartreuse,olive,pheasant tail.
legs - white mcflylon
Thorax - ice dub color of choice
Wing case - pearl tinsel
